**About the Role**
As a **CRM Intern**, you will support the Customer Experience team in resolving customer queries, coordinating across departments, and maintaining high service standards. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist customers via multiple channels with professionalism
- Maintain records, track tickets, and coordinate with internal teams
- Support CRM tools and dashboard-related tasks
- Follow-up with users for resolution and feedback
- Contribute ideas to improve CRM processes and user satisfaction
**Who Can Apply**
- Fresh graduates - **Pharma background is a plus but not mandatory**:
- Strong **communication in Hindi and English** is a must
- Willing to work in evening hours as per CRM coverage
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to learn

- **CRM Operational Coverage**: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- **Individual work duration**: 8 hours per day
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹12,090.45 - ₹15,153.78 per month
