**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to optimize stock levels and manage
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders or deliveries.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Track customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-up activities.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- Adapt to changing priorities and support the team in various capacities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Travel
- Up to 20% travel
