Senior Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales team and assist in managing day-to-day sales operations Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on shipments and services Communicate with clients to update them on shipment status documentation and service-related queries Liaise with internal departments such as operations documentation and accounts to ensure smooth service delivery Prepare quotations follow up on proposals and maintain client records and sales documentation Generate leads and support business development efforts to expand the customer base Maintain and update CRM or internal databases with client information and sales activity Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination in the logistics shipping industry Good communication skills in English and Hindi Basic computer skills proficiency in MS Office Excel Word Outlook Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work Customer-centric approach with a proactive and positive attitude Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Malappuram Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Sales 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
