**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage B2B sales for electronic appliances across Bihar.
- Identify and acquire new distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and territory mapping.
- Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, stock availability, and delivery.
- Handle negotiations, quotations, and closing deals with clients.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
- Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales (electronics/home appliances preferred).

- Self-motivated and result-driven with strong business acumen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
