**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive (Immediate Hiring)

**Department**: Sales & Marketing

**Reports To**: Sales Head

**About the Role**

The Field Sales Executive is primarily responsible for building a new market and expand client coverage area by generating successful leads. This role will also be responsible for building strong relation from existing buyer/customers for regular orders and maximizing their lifetime value to the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Creating generation of new leads for the business and closing of new and old leads into final sales closures.

2. Build relationships with existing customers for client servicing.

3. Working on clients’ satisfaction and providing them with after sales support.

4.Daily meeting with prospective client to ensure that they are satisfied.

5.Present and promote products to existing and prospective customer.

6.Develop and maintain customer relationship

7.Setting the sales targets for the business and allocating the targets to the team.

8.Ensure effective, branded marketing communications, including the company website, print communication, and advertising.

3. Experience with CRM. Proficient in MS Office

5. Confident and soft spoken

6. Attractive personality

7. Great follow up skill

8. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

9. Result-oriented

10. Patient and able to handle customer rejection

**Education**:
Graduate

MBA in Sales (preferred)

**Experience**:3-4 years

**Age**:25-30 Years old

**Salary**:20 k - 30 k per month
