**Job Description: Field Sales Executive**

**Position**: Field Sales Executive

**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in sales (preferably in banking, insurance, loans, or financial services)
**Salary Range**: [₹10000 - ₹25000 + Incentives]

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Acquisition**:

- Actively prospect and generate leads for **loans, insurance, and demat accounts** through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.
- Close sales and achieve **monthly/quarterly sales targets**.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Address customer queries, provide after-sales support, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Monitor competitor products and strategies to stay ahead in sales pitches.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- **Reporting & Feedback**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on market feedback and challenges.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education**: 12th( in any steam) and Bachelor’s degree,
**Experience**: 1-3 years in field sales (banking, insurance, or financial services preferred).
**Skills**:

- Excellent **communication & negotiation** skills.
- Strong **persuasion and closing** abilities.
- Self-motivated with a **target-driven** mindset.
- Basic knowledge of **loans, insurance, and stock market products**.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Own vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).
