**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven **Sales Executive** to join our Real Estate team. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, conducting property site visits, and closing deals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and calls.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Maintain knowledge of property listings, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Prepare and share sales reports with management.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **real estate sales** (preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- **Bike/Motorbike mandatory** for client visits and site tours.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
