
Real Estate Salesperson

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**:
- Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial goals.
- Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- **Property Listings & Marketing**:
- Assist clients in listing their properties for sale or rent, ensuring the listings are well-presented.
- Create compelling property descriptions and upload listings to real estate websites and social media platforms.
- Organize and conduct property showings and open houses for prospective buyers and tenants.
- **Negotiation & Transaction Management**:
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, or landlords and tenants, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms.
- Guide clients through the offer, counteroffer, and acceptance process.
- Manage the documentation, contracts, and other legalities associated with real estate transactions.
- Coordinate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and legal professionals to ensure smooth closings.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of transactions.
- Maintain a network of past clients for potential referrals and repeat business.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Stay updated on local market conditions, new listings, and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with accurate property valuations based on recent market trends and comparable properties.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, appointments, and client interactions.
- Prepare and manage contracts, offers, and other necessary documentation.
- Organize and track leads, appointments, and other sales activities using real estate software.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Work toward achieving personal and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and profitability.
**Qualifications**:
- **Licensing**: Valid real estate license (state-specific requirements may apply).
- **Experience**: Previous sales experience preferred; real estate experience is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with real estate software and online platforms (MLS, CRM, etc.).
- High level of customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
**Compensation**:
- **Salary**: Commission-based (with potential base salary depending on the employer).
- **Bonuses/Incentives**: Performance-based bonuses and incentives for hitting sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,016.08 - ₹25,889.01 per month
