Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Leave Management
- Vendor Management
- HR Administration
- Accounting Support (Add-on)
- Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other financial transactions.
- Support budget preparation and expense tracking for HR-related activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in an HR Admin role or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
