To impart knowledge on how to acquire customers & negotiate deals
- To set, weekly, monthly & yearly goals for the sales team
- To track these goals through review & meetings with the team
- To offer advice, training & motivation incase goals are not met
- To keep one's self updated with latest information on housing regulation & legislations that effect the industry
- To review own sales performance
- To follow office process of management & code of conduct.
- To send weekly status/sales reports to concerned managers.
- To develop and maintain relationship with the channel partners to conduct regular sales meetings.
- Possess, Identifying and networking abilities with reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- A good team manager having a successful track record of sales in real estate.
- Managing the entire sales operations and administration of Team.
- Well versed in interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
- Develop and Implement the Marketing Strategy, Establish and Manage New Channel partners, Alliances.
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures.
- Making presentations and pitches to the corporate clients.
- Adept at exploring business potential, opportunities as well as clientele to secure profitable business volumes.
- Skilled in forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele.
**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
