
B2b Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target enterprise/corporate customers with Exdera's UX/Design and Technology solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including C-level executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as UX designers and product managers, to ensure successful delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Provide regular updates on sales activity and customer feedback to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in enterprise/corporate sales, with a focus on UX/Design and Technology
- solutions.
- Strong understanding of UX/Design solutions and their business value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- B2B sales: 3 years (preferred)
