**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage content creation and distribution across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and developers to improve user experience and brand messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as **Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or HubSpot**.
- Strong knowledge of **SEO principles**, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing.
- Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and WordPress** is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing automation tools.
