**Job Description**:
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Kods, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the highly competitive IT industry. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance our online presence, engage with our target audience, and drive qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc, to maximize ROI and reach the target audience.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to improve performance.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, generate leads, and support product launches and promotions.
- Manage the company's online reputation and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that combine digital and traditional marketing tactics to achieve overall business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT industry, with a track record of successful campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
