**Position Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, managing website development processes, and delivering results that drive brand awareness, engage audiences, and generate leads for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**: Plan, create, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **SEO & SEM**: Implement SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- **Content Creation**: Develop high-quality content, including blogs, captions, and creatives, tailored to target audiences.
- **Website Development Coordination**: Collaborate with design and development teams to create, update, and maintain websites that align with client branding and functionality needs.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- **Client Communication**: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored digital marketing and website solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with design, content, and development teams to ensure alignment across all marketing and website initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing and website development coordination.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Basic understanding of website development processes, including CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with web design principles and user experience optimization (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
