
Digital Marketing Operation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day operations of marketing automation platforms, ad managers, and analytics tools.
- Support campaign setup, targeting, tracking, and reporting across multiple digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Collaborate with the content and creative team to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Maintain marketing databases, track budgets, invoices, and campaign timelines.
- Ensure accuracy in campaign tracking (UTM, pixel, tagging, etc.).
- Research digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and best practices to improve efficiency.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing operations/campaign execution.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Zoho/CRM, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
**Good to Have**:
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Marketing Automation tools.
- Experience working with agencies/startups in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for campaign setup.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
