About the Company:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Optimize website content and performance using SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze trends, and create reports on campaign performance and website traffic.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual content for campaigns.
- Manage and monitor paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc., to ensure optimal ROI.
- Track and analyze digital marketing metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Basic understanding of content creation, copywriting, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred (not mandatory):

- Certification in Digital Marketing or any related field.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns or SEO optimization tasks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
