**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and other social media channels.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal performance.
- Leverage Meta Business Suite and other tools for social media management, ad creation, and audience targeting.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad campaigns, tracking ROI, and optimizing based on performance data.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets for social media posts and ads.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and new features within Meta platforms and social media marketing.
- Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
- Report on digital marketing performance and provide insights for strategy improvements.
- Manage social media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet marketing objectives.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and other social media channels.
- Strong understanding of social media tools, including Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Insights.
- Hands-on experience with creating and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta apps and other social platforms.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with influence marketing and partnerships on Meta platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
- Previous experience with WhatsApp Business for customer service and marketing is an advantage.
