**Job Title: Hotel Captain**

**Job Overview**:
As a Hotel Captain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's various departments, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the daily activities of the hotel staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision of Staff**:

- Manage and supervise the performance of the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other relevant departments.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to staff members to ensure they deliver excellent service and meet performance targets.
- Schedule shifts and delegate tasks efficiently to maintain optimal staffing levels and productivity.
- **Guest Relations**:

- Interact with guests to address any concerns or special requests, ensuring prompt resolution and exceeding their expectations.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor when dealing with guests, fostering positive relationships and encouraging repeat business.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Ensure all hotel operations comply with safety, hygiene, and legal standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure they are promptly addressed.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
- **Training and Development**:

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees to foster their professional growth and improve performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training initiatives.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare and analyze reports on key performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction scores.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement of supplies to meet operational needs.
- Assist in budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
