**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Floor Executive** to oversee daily front-of-house operations in our **Pure Vegetarian Indian Restaurant**. The Floor Executive will ensure smooth coordination between service staff and the kitchen, uphold high service standards, and guarantee customer satisfaction through professional supervision and quick problem resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all floor staff including waiters, stewards, and busboys during service hours.
- Ensure all guests are welcomed warmly and served promptly and courteously.
- Monitor cleanliness, table setup, and overall hygiene of the dining area.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food and smooth order flow.
- Resolve customer complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service quality.
- Conduct pre-service briefings to update staff on menu changes, specials, and guest expectations.
- Assist in training new service staff and ensure ongoing performance improvement.
- Monitor floor inventory (linens, cutlery, crockery) and report shortages.
- Ensure billing accuracy and help manage POS-related issues if required.
- Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and punctuality among team members.
- Support Restaurant Captain and Manager in daily operations and event setups.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or floor-level role in a reputed restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian vegetarian cuisine (North, South, regional dishes).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Well-groomed with a professional attitude.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality (preferred)
- Previous experience in managing floor operations in an Indian or family dining restaurant

**Work Schedule**:

- Rotational shifts (Lunch/Dinner)
- Weekends and holiday availability required
