**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business leads and opportunities in the assigned regions (South or North).
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to regional needs and market dynamics.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Present technical products to customers, explaining features and benefits in relation to their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Production, R&D) to meet client demands and provide solutions.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the company’s products and services.
- Maintain and track sales performance, report on sales activities, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Be flexible to travel across the assigned regions (South or North) for field sales activities, approximately **10-12 days per month**.
- Manage travel arrangements and meet clients in person, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2-3 years** of experience in **Sales/Marketing** within the **Engineering field**. **Experience in the Plastic Industry is preferred**.
- Graduate in any relevant field.
- Fluent in **Gujarati, Hindi, and English** (Read, Write, and Speak).
- Strong understanding of **Field Sales** and **Territory Knowledge**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote sales environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- **Flexible for traveling** to assign territory and meeting clients across different regions.
