Title**:Tele caller Executive**

Location: Malad West (10 minutes’ walk from station)

**Salary**: 15000 - 32000 pm

Timings - 9:30 -6:30/10-7 ( 6 days working )

Hungry Brain, a leading provider of early brain development programs for newborns, is seeking a seasoned and target-oriented Telecaller Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to understand the Parents (Customers) requirement and present our program in such a way that matches the Parents requirement.
- Ensuring proper follow up, updating tasks and CRM and call recordings.
- Processing all Parents purchases accordingly.
- Managing Parents accounts by ensuring that existing Parents remain satisfied with company product and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Parents to repeat business.
- Using sales methods preferred by the company to drive sales.
- To develop relations with customers that will generate references.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy.
