Salary - 8 K to 12 K plus Incentive.

Location - Mumbai

What we are looking for: A passionate Tele caller representative to join our growing sales team. The Tele caller Representative’s responsibilities include Generating Appointments for Field Team, making sales calls, continuously updating our database, and meeting sales targets. To be successful as a Tele caller Representative you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Responsibilities:

- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Generating Appointments/Leads for Field Team
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Taking referral to generate maximum leads.
- Achieve given monthly Targets.
- Achieve given talktime criteria everyday.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements and skills:

- Minimum qualification
- HSC
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Telemarketing / Collections / Retention / Domestic BPO / Direct Sales / Telecom / Insurance / Customer Engagement process or domain.
- Good & Pleasing Communication Skills, Excellent telephone courtesy & customer handling.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
