Job Title: Tele Caller - Insurance Sales

We are hiring enthusiastic Tele Callers for insurance sales in Mumbai. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to potential customers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 0-3 years of tele sales or insurance sales experience (relevant for health, term & mutual fund callers). Freshers with a passion for sales and insurance are also welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential to effectively interact with customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers via phone calls and promote various insurance products, including health, term, and mutual funds.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about insurance products and services to customers.
- Documentation and Reporting: Ensure all sales-related activities are documented and updated in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (required)
