Overview

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage customer communications and back-office operations. This dual role requires excellent communication skills and strong administrative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

· Manage inventory receiving and acknowledgment processes

· Provide sales support through effective customer engagement

· Handle 300+ daily calls (inbound and outbound)

Requirements:

· Education: 10+2 or higher

· Experience: Minimum 1 year in tele-calling / back-office operations

· Gender: Female candidates

· Age: 23-35 years

Key Skills:

· Excellent verbal communication and sales aptitude

· Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems)

· Proactive approach with problem-solving abilities

· Punctuality and quick learning capability

· High sense of responsibility and ownership
