**Working hours**: 10AM to 6.30PM

**Mode of Interview**:HR Screening, Technical Panel, Final Round

**About the role**:
**Daily and weekly Responsibilities**:
Ø Involves making outbound calls or receiving inbound calls to/from customers or clients on behalf of a company.

Ø Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote products or services.

Ø Receiving inbound calls from customers or clients to address inquires, provide information, or resolve issues.

Ø Following scripts and guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency and compliance with regulations.

Ø Gathering and documenting customer information accurately.

Ø Upselling or cross selling products or services to existing customers.

Ø Handling customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Ø Meeting or exceeding sales targets or call quotas.

Ø Continuous learning and development to enhance communication and sales skills.

Ø Ready to handled 80% Callings and 20% Chat process.

**Job Requirements**:
Ø **Education**: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred)

Ø **Experience**: 6months and above End to End of callings hiring for across all level in the organization. We are open to hiring quick learners who possess excellent communication skills and have strong zeal to nature a career in Insurance domain.

**Desired competence**:
Ø Excellent Written and Oral Communication (Must have)

Ø Should have end to end Tele calling experience.

Ø Strong knowledge of professional network and job portals usage

Ø Positive attitude towards work (Must have)

Ø High target and delivery orientation (Must have)

Ø Advanced knowledge of MS office, database management (Must have)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
