You will be working as Regional Division Controller and will be part of Motion Business Area for Large Motors and Generators Division based in Vadodara, India. In this role you will be reporting to Division Controller and will be responsible for acting as a business partner optimizing the financial performance within the region i.e., India, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Supporting effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data, evaluating various business alternatives, and recommending the most appropriate business solutions.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Managing and handling location finance as per ToA
- Supporting effective business decisions with business unit manager by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions
- Translating business strategies into business plans and monitoring of measurable targets
- Monitoring progress achieved and providing insight and analysis to support operational decision making
- Driving appropriate cost structure, cash flow, productivity optimization and capital efficiency
- Ensuring that the company governance model and internal controls are in place and are implemented in the unit
- Leading local finance team to optimize finance performance

**Your background**:

- Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in business controlling roles, preferably in a global setting
- Good knowledge of processes and tools like SAP in finance along with a strong business acumen
- Track record of execution and delivering results in an international environment
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism
