- We are seeking a Material Controller to join the Global Engineering team to support the design and construction of industrial gas plants for both Air Products owned and sale of equipment facilities. You will support the requisitioning of Piping bulk, inline items & Machinery/Static equipment tagged items. You will also report out on the overall status of materials from requisitioning through receiving on site.**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Collaborate with Project, Engineering and Procurement managers on project Material Control Plans
- Import Bill of Materials into Smart Materials
- Create and issue Requisitions from the Bill of Materials in SMAT.
- Maintain accurate records of project materials in Smart Materials
- Provide timely material status reports to Project Managers
- Occasionally travel internationally to support Air Products' global engineering teams.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 10-12 plus years of experience in material control and requisitioning for large capital projects, industrial gases or petrochemical projects preferred
- Proven experience with Intergraph Smart Materials.
- Strong knowledge of with Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) work processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to other Air Products or EPC offices. Travel may be up to 10%
- Basic knowledge of Piping components, materials and codes/ standards widely used.
- Experience with handling large project Bill of material (MTO) for Piping bulk, inline & Machinary/Mechanical items.
