- Material supervisor**

Job Description and Qualifications:
**II. **
- Responsible for Material Management on Project Site.
- He should be familiar with material management processes & procedure,
- Implement material management system on site including receipt / storage / issue and inventory control.
- He should be familiar with all types of materials typically used in Process plants.

**III. DIMENSIONS**:

- Material Controller will be responsible to Organize Inspection, preservation, and periodic physical stock verification of all the project material received at site.
- He should be able to co-ordinate with Procurement, Quality control and Project management for regular updates on delivery.
- He should be able to follow-up with vendors for on time delivery of items.
- He should be able to plan for Storage requirements / space for open / closed warehouse.
- He should be familiar with vendors requirements / recommendations of storage and preservation of items equipment’s / spares /instruments / valves and specialized items etc.

**IV. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**

are 10-15 years of working experience in Ware housing, and material Management, functions in EPC organizations.
- Should be familiar with various grades of materials for process plant Industry.
- Knowledge of Quality System, ISO9001
- Experienced in the final documentation preparation (dossiers) and handing over of mandatory / maintenance spares.
