**Job Title**: TIBCO TDV/TDS Developer

**I. POSITION OVERVIEW**:
This position will be reporting to Back-End Big Data Ops Team. Back End Big Data Ops Team is a team

operating under IT department. This team is accountable for IT operations in Big Data platform across all back
- end sites. Besides that, this team is collaborating with business and other Big Data teams for the delivery of BI

reports, Analytic tools, Data Models etc.

This position involves working with TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV) and TIBCO Data Science (TDS) tools to

optimize data integration, analysis, and reporting.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Data Integration and Virtualization:

- Design, develop, and maintain data virtualization solutions using TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV).
- Integrate disparate data sources, ensuring seamless access and real-time data availability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and create efficient data models.

2. Performance Tuning and Optimization:

- Monitor and fine-tune TDV and TDS configurations for optimal performance.
- Identify bottlenecks, optimize queries, and enhance data processing efficiency.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.

3. Reporting:

- Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
- Optimize data pipelines for performance and accuracy.

4. Collaboration and Documentation:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business users.
- Document data integration processes, data lineage, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

5. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

- Investigate and resolve data-related issues, ensuring mínimal impact on business operations.
- Debug and troubleshoot TDV and TDS components.
- Implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of issues.

6. Data Governance and Quality Assurance:

- Implement data governance policies, data lineage tracking, and metadata management.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Collaborate with data stewards to maintain high data quality standards.

7. Continuous Learning and Innovation:

- Stay updated with TIBCO product releases, new features, and industry trends.
- Explore innovative ways to enhance data virtualization and data science capabilities.
- Facilitate the adoption of TDV and TDS within the organization.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and promote best practices.

1. TIBCO Products:

- Proficiency in TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV) and TIBCO Data Science (TDS) tools.
- Experience with other TIBCO middleware components preferably.

2. Data Integration and Modeling:

- Understanding of data integration techniques, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, and data transformation languages.

3. Visualization:

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI).

4. Technical Troubleshooting:

- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to TDV and TDS.
- Knowledge of debugging tools and log analysis.

- Certifications (Desirable):

- TIBCO Certified Professional (TCP) or related certifications.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
