Taking account of incoming and outgoing of goods from the stores departments. Preparing Excel Sheet for various items for the same.
- Keeping eagle's eyes on the stocks of goods available in the stores like Copper/AL Wires, Stampings, Angles, Clamps, Insulating Materials, Hardware, Tools, etc. of the Production department.
- Making requests of goods in time with Purchase dept. which are not stocks and follow-up for the same.
- Arranging the inventory of stock every three months and using materials FIFO.
- Preparing the list of fast moving / slow moving items and not usable materials.
- Maintaining proper documents like receipt and issue.
- Preparing Delivery Challans as per PO.
- Preparing Invoice to send to Mumbai Team for Final Invoicing and recording of the same.
- Coordinating with the purchase department and Production Manager for preparing BOM.

Arranging good housekeeping every day in the stores, warehouse and Production Premises.
