**Position Overview**

This dual-role position combines responsibilities in sales and operations, offering a holistic approach to customer management. You will be responsible for driving business growth through sales while ensuring operational excellence at project sites. **Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Responsibilities**

2. Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing existing client potential.
3. Conduct site visits with leads to understand their requirements and provide customized quotations.
4. Present and promote AapkaPainter’s services and USPs to clients effectively.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
6. Confidently negotiate and close deals, driving revenue growth.
7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

**Operations Responsibilities**

1. Supervise and manage painting and finishing projects at customer sites, ensuring quality and timely execution.
2. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to resolve any issues and maintain workflow.
3. Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor work progress for efficient operations.
4. Implement productivity standards, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Conduct quality checks and ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations.
6. Gather and manage project resources, including materials, tools, and workforce.
7. Provide regular updates on project progress and operational performance to management.

**Qualifications**

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 1-3 years of experience in sales, operations, or project management (painting/renovation industry preferred).
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
5. Self-motivated, result-driven, and customer-centric mindset.
6. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site supervision.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
8. Must own a valid driver’s license and a two-wheeler.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
