**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our security surveillance and office automation solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate organizations, government bodies, banks, real estate developers, shopping malls, educational institutions, and other target sectors.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, technical support, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the security surveillance, office automation, or technology industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
