We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cinema Advertising Sales Manager to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead advertising sales efforts in the cinematic domain, helping brands connect with audiences through the power of the big screen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize advertising revenue across cinema platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and brands to secure high-value advertising deals.
- Identify new business opportunities within the cinema advertising market and pitch tailored advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop impactful advertising campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages with clients to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, projections, and client interactions to senior management.
- Ensure all advertising campaigns comply with industry and company standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in advertising sales, preferably in the cinema or media industry.
- Strong understanding of advertising trends and digital integration in cinema.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
