ARC The Boutique Hotel is a premium hospitality destination offering luxury, comfort, and personalized experiences. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team (executives and coordinators).
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business.
  • Oversee proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel/hospitality sales.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Target-driven and business-focused mindset.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
