
Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as necessary.
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder supplies when necessary.
- Prepare and organize documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records and files (both physical and digital).
- Handle basic office equipment maintenance, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Assist with office organization, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Help with onboarding new employees by preparing office spaces and equipment.
- Assist in event planning and coordination for company meetings or social gatherings.
**Qualifications**:
- HSC or Graduation (required)
- Proven experience as an office assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, phones).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
