Hiring, Chief of Staff_**

We’re in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to ‘scale-up’, and are looking for a Chief of Staff.

We are looking for someone_**
- Help the CEO run effective leadership by setting key prioritizes and outlining feedback to share.
- Coaches/ Mentors Leaders across functions in the organization
- Collaborates closely with business teams to deliver their best for growth and profitability.
- Ensure regular updates from the CEOs office to the rest of the organization
- Work directly with the founders to solve key product problems and develop new revenue channels.
- Build and establish powerful business and data partnerships that can drive the growth of our products.
- Work closely across multiple functions (product, growth, sales, and engineering) to optimize and execute strategic partnerships.
- Develop and build relationships across the data ecosystem to further help us strengthen our business.

**_ What you’ll do_**
- Take ownership of things and not wait for guidelines.
- Drive initiatives to scale Procol to greater heights.
- Current or ex consultants from top tier strategy firms or ex - entrepreneurs will be the ideal fit.
