Chief of Staff – Strategy & Planning We are hiring a Chief of Staff for the Strategy & Planning Office — a high-ownership role designed for someone who enjoys working across functions, solving complex problems, and enabling leadership-level decision making. The role offers wide exposure across finance, strategy, structuring, and operations, with a pathway to grow into a leadership position in 18–24 months. If you have experience in investment banking, FP&A, consulting, or strategic roles in high-growth organisations, this will give you front-row access to how multi-business groups scale. He also serves on the boards of multiple group companies and works closely with investors, bankers, and leadership teams on financial strategy, scalability, and operational performance. This role will place you at the centre of group-level strategy, financial planning, and organisational structuring. Intertech is a diversified engineering and manufacturing group providing automation, robotics, and end-to-end plant solutions across pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, and chemical sectors. Established in 2005, the Group has grown into a full-stack industrial technology partner with: • Six facilities across India • Long-term plans involving investors and banking partners as part of the company’s growth and structuring roadmap Financial Planning & Analysis (30%) • Support group-level financial consolidation, forecasting, and reviews • Build MIS frameworks and dashboards for business visibility • Prepare financial summaries and insights for leadership and board meetings Implement OKRs, KPIs, and performance dashboards • Organisational Structuring & Governance (20%) • Coordinate legal, secretarial, and financial alignment across entities • Support documentation, compliance hygiene, and internal reporting structures • Lead data coordination during fundraising and due diligence • Track financial KPIs linked to growth and long-term planning Act as a coordination point between the Board Member and functional heads • Synthesise data and updates into structured briefs • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills • Experience working with multi-stakeholder environments • Professional discretion when handling financial and strategic data Compensation ₹24–30 LPA + performance-linked ESOP eligibility (as per company policy) Full-time | On-site (Gurgaon / Manesar) Subject:   Application – Chief of Staff (Strategy & Planning)
