Operations Trainee

Based in Okhla, New Delhi, Celestial Colors Pvt Ltd is a company engaged in manufacturing of inkjet printing inks. We are a young company and have aggressive expansion plans.
This job relates to overall business management of the company. Some of the key responsibilities include
- Working closely with the company owner
- Managing floor workers to implement high productivity
- Implementing discipline and decorum on the production floor
- Issuing job cards as per requirement
- Contributing in effective inventory management, including but not limited to issuing job cards, coordination with vendors/suppliers
- Overlooking the online sales accounts
- Filing GST Returns on behalf of the organization
- Raising invoices towards clients
- Tracking payments for clients as well as vendors
Essential Skills:
- Must be a good administrator to manage production floor workers
- Driving License (must be able to drive a 2 wheeler)
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel
- Minimum Graduate with few years of work experience or MBA fresher with internship experience
- Need to be in Delhi office 6 days a week. This position does not allow remote work at any point.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
