**About the Role**:
Go Samplify is looking for a Trainee - Operations to support our healthcare logistics and service delivery team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in healthcare operations and patient services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating home collection of blood, urine, and other diagnostic samples
- Support daily scheduling and routing of phlebotomists
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and address queries
- Help maintain service quality and timely reporting
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Track operational metrics and assist in reporting
- Learn and adhere to healthcare compliance and safety standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Interest in healthcare delivery and logistics
- Quick learner, team player, and detail-oriented
- Prior internship or hospital/lab experience is a plus

**Career Growth**:
Top-performing trainees will be considered for permanent roles in Operations, Quality, or Healthcare Management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
