Trainee - Account Receivable

Topsoe is undergoing an important transformation, with an ambitious new green strategy to become
a global leader within carbon emission reduction. To support this journey, we are in process of
hiring Trainee in Account Receivable Team.

As a Trainee, you will be working closely together with Account Receivable Team in India. We are
seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance & Accounting team
as an Accounts Receivable Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or some
- ence in processing Customer invoices, O2C etc. and supporting the Accounts Receivable team in
various daily operations. You will be collaborating with all the internal & external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Invoicing
- Customer Management
- Reconciliation: Assist with monthly and quarterly reconciliations
- Documentation: Maintain and organize financial documents, ensuring that all
records areup-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Communication: Liaise with respective stakeholders to resolve invoice and pay
- ment related issues.

You
- Have a relevant financial education, e.g. accounting degree or similar
- Are self-motivated and proactive with ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy working with colleagues and stakeholders in a global environment
- Are service minded, proactive and solution-oriented

**Qualifications**:
Master/Bachelor in Commerce or MBA Finance
