We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all aspects of our business, including the development and execution of sales strategies, marketing plans, and client projects aimed at driving digital innovation and growth.
Management Trainee duties and responsibilities
- Detailed-oriented, Proactive, Problem solver with exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Drive daily operations and service of all areas of business
- Participate in the recruiting process
- Assist in resource allocation and ensure the availability of required personnel, tools, and materials to support project execution.
- Ensure proper documentation and training of employees
- Ensure correct and timely reporting
- Communicate effectively with all staff members
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Provide support to the senior management team
Management Trainee requirements and qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business or Management or Information Technology
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role
- Proficiency in the latest management tools
- Knowledge of current industry trends
- Excellent management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong multitasking skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
