We're looking for a dynamic and driven
Management Trainee
to join our Influencer Marketing team. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals passionate about social media, brand collaborations, and the creator economy. You'll work closely with our campaign managers to identify influencers, coordinate brand partnerships, and assist in executing influencer-led marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end management of influencer marketing campaigns – from outreach to execution.
  • Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Coordinate with influencers for content timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Track campaign progress and performance metrics using Excel and internal tools.
  • Support negotiation and collaboration discussions with influencers and their managers.
  • Maintain campaign tracking sheets.
  • Stay updated on influencer trends, viral content formats, and emerging creators.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    0–6 months in marketing, influencer management, or internships in related fields.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication
    skills.
  • Excellent
    negotiation
    and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good working knowledge of
    MS Excel
    (data organisation, reports, and campaign tracking).
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Personality:
    Energetic, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.
