. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the startup, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystem, while working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and innovation management.

Role Overview

As a
Management Trainee Intern
, you will work closely with the SIIF management team, startup founders, and ecosystem partners to support program implementation, research initiatives, and operational functions. The role is designed to provide immersive learning through real-world exposure to early-stage entrepreneurship and incubation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of incubation and acceleration programs.
  • Support the management team in ecosystem outreach, startup engagement, and partner communications.
  • Conduct market and industry research to support strategy, RFPs, and project development.
  • Facilitate startup due diligence, data analysis, and documentation for ongoing and upcoming cohorts.
  • Contribute to the organization and management of startup events, workshops, and pitch sessions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal reviews and stakeholder meetings.
  • Collaborate with founders to understand their operational and strategic challenges and support solution mapping.

Learning Outcomes

  • Gain exposure to startup incubation, CSR-linked programs, and innovation ecosystems.
  • Develop strategic and operational management skills under the mentorship of SIIF's leadership.
  • Build professional networks with startup founders, corporate mentors, and ecosystem enablers.
  • Receive a
    Certificate of Internship
    and performance-based feedback upon successful completion.

Eligibility
