**Job Title: International Customer Support Associate**

**About the Role**
You’ll serve as the voice of our brand—helping customers resolve issues, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with international customers via chat, and phone.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, and Operations) to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Document and track customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional tone, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability while dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Good **verbal and written communication skills** in English.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts**, including night shifts if required.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and patience while dealing with customers.
