**What you will be doing**
- Help to implement SRE Principles & Practices and Application Support with Engineering mindset in Application Production Support team
- Going to work on breadth of technologies, should be ready to learn / exhibit breadth of technologies to understand the systems and implement SRE practices
- Understand complete echo system andMandatory participation in Triages/Root cause analysis of issues and plan for fixing them
- Work as per SLI, SLO and Error Budgets. Identification and reduction of TOIL,SRE Tools, Automation and AI/ML
- Participate in Technical discussions with Architects / Dev / DBA / SysAdmin etc teams to ensure adoption of SRE Principles in building Secure and Reliable systems

**What you bring**:

- 7+ years experience in Application Support(Unix,SQL,Openshift)
- At least 7 years in experience in Application Support and Production support
- Good experience Unix, SQL, Open Shift, Unix Shell scripting
- Hands on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud products.
- Ensure availability, reliability and performance of OpenShift/Container Platform..
- Knowledge in Support and Monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace
- Application Production Support Experience
- Experience in Troubleshooting Incident Triaging, Log analysis, Platform Stability
- Knowledge in Incident, Change Management
- Knowledge in Control M or Batch job process

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
- Knowledge of Risk & Compliance in Financial services
- Knowledge of Cloud Systems (Azure / AWS)
