**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI to provide actionable insights.
- Integrate Power Apps with various data sources (SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, etc.).
- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Develop and maintain complex Power BI reports that include measures, KPIs, and visuals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and scalability within Power BI reports and Power Apps solutions.
- Optimize Power Apps and Power BI solutions for performance and usability.
- Provide support and training to end users on the functionality of Power Apps and Power BI reports.
- Stay updated with new features and capabilities in Microsoft Power Platform and recommend best practices for implementation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling in Power BI.
- Experience in integrating Power Apps with external data sources such as SQL Server, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
- Ability to write and troubleshoot Power BI DAX measures and queries.
- Knowledge of governance and security best practices within Power Platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in working with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder.
