We are a fast-growing crypto investment app looking for talented and experienced affiliate marketers to help us build our network of affiliates. As an affiliate marketer, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our app.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy to recruit, manage, and optimize affiliate partnerships.

Manage and optimize existing affiliate partnerships to maximize revenue and customer acquisition.

Provide regular performance reports and analyses to help us improve our affiliate marketing program.

Collaborate with our marketing team to develop compelling creatives, landing pages, and other marketing materials to support affiliate promotions.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an affiliate marketer with a track record of success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and manage relationships with affiliates.

Strong analytical skills to analyze data and optimize affiliate campaigns.

Experience with affiliate marketing tools and platforms, such as tracking and reporting software.

Familiarity with the crypto investment industry and its related products and services.

A passion for crypto investment and the potential of blockchain technology.

We offer a competitive commission rate of 3% of the AUM yearly for the AUM generated via your network and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team in the exciting and fast-growing world of crypto investment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹9,550.26 - ₹41,070.63 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
