**Job Title: Affiliate Marketer**

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales
- Finding and recruiting new affiliates to promote the company's products or services
- Managing relationships with existing affiliates
- Monitoring and analyzing affiliate marketing performance and optimizing campaigns for better results
- Tracking and reporting on key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated from affiliate marketing activities
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing
- Collaborating with other members of the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Experience in affiliate marketing or a similar field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with online marketing channels and techniques
- Analytical skills to track and report on key metrics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and software tools

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
