About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven and performance-oriented
Affiliate Marketing Manager / Analyst

to lead and optimize our affiliate partnerships. The role involves managing affiliate networks, analyzing performance metrics, and driving high-quality traffic and conversions for our financial products.

You will collaborate closely with the digital marketing, analytics, and product teams to expand our partner ecosystem and ensure cost-effective acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize the
    affiliate marketing strategy

to drive qualified leads and conversions for fintech/financial products.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, agencies, and digital publishers.
- Track, measure, and report on affiliate campaign performance — ROI, CPA, CPL, and LTV metrics.
- Work with the analytics team to monitor data accuracy and ensure campaign transparency.
- Negotiate payout structures and incentive plans for affiliates.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure campaigns align with
regulatory and brand guidelines

- Conduct competitive benchmarking and explore new partnership opportunities.
- Use tools such as
Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Impact, or HasOffers

for tracking and performance monitoring.
- Recommend optimization strategies to improve cost efficiency and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in
    affiliate or performance marketing

, preferably in fintech, lending, payments, or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using marketing and data analytics tools.
- Proven track record of managing affiliate programs with measurable growth results.
- Knowledge of
digital acquisition channels

, including paid, referral, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of compliance and advertising standards in financial services.

  • Experience with affiliate platforms like
    Impact, Partnerize, CJ, or Admitad

.
- Exposure to mobile app marketing and user acquisition for financial products.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and present actionable insights.
- Passion for fintech, innovation, and data-driven marketing.
