Key Responsibilities:

- Promotion and Marketing:

- Promote the parking lot app to individual users and businesses in targeted locations.
- Execute creative marketing strategies (e.g., online campaigns, physical demonstrations, social media, flyers, etc.) to raise awareness of the app.
- User On-boarding:

- Educate users on the app's features and benefits through in-person demonstrations or virtual sessions.
- Guide new users through the registration and setup process.
- Customer Support:

- Act as the first point of contact for users, addressing their queries and resolving technical issues.
- Gather user feedback and report insights to the development team for continuous improvement.
- Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor user growth, retention rates, and app performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on promotional activities and their effectiveness.

Key Qualifications:

- Proven experience in app promotion, sales, or marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Enthusiasm for technology and innovative solutions.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the parking or transportation sector is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of app analytics tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Benson Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Promoter: 2 years (preferred)
